Refund policy

I would like to exchange my items. Can I ? 

Why, yes you can. But nothing beats that feeling of your order coming in perfect the first time around. We offer tons of different styles, each one has it's own unique sizing information in the product listing. If you have additional questions regarding the fit, feel free to give us a call or email! If your order does come in and doesn't fit to your liking - don't fret, we got your back. 

  • Please contact us at cryptkeeper@discountcemetery.com within 14 days of delivery to request exchange.
  • Item must be in new condition, not washed, not damaged, no fragrance/odor etc. 
  • We will send you a return label, buyer is responsible for paying shipping
  • Item(s) for exchange must be mailed back to us within 3-5 business days after receiving mailing label  
  • If requested item is no longer in stock, we will issue you gift card for original purchase amount. Shipping cannot be refunded under any circumstance
  • One time exchange only, per order. Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again
  • No Returns / No Cancellations 

Please double check the sizing for your items before checking out! Any sizing questions, please feel free to drop us a line! 

Once your original purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and a invoice for the new postage will be emailed to you, within a certain amount of days to process a new order.

Can I cancel my order ? 

We cannot cancel orders but we gladly offer one time exchanges for another item or store credit

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International Orders

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Discount Cemetery has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
