Shipping policy
Please allow 2-14 days to process your order.
Then it will depart the beautiful local USPS facility in the San Fernando Valley and will arrive to your doorstep at the shipping speed you choose at checkout. We strive to mostly ship within the first 2-3 days but sometimes it does take us the full window to ship your order.
- With brand new design launches & select restocks, it is possible that your order may need additional business days to arrive.

We are a small but mighty team (one man and one woman operation). We design, hand screen print, package and ship every order. We greatly appreciate your patience and value your business.
Let's not forget our four cats and occasionally a few squirrels - but none of them really help out. They just eat, all of the time. So thank you for your order. All of this cat food really adds up. Hopefully one day we may not have to worry about it.

- Please note that purchasing expedited shipping will be the shipping speed the mail carrier commits to after we create and process the order. If you need the order to ship within 72 hours please email us to confirm ready to ship stock.
- Additionally, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We recommend this for all international shipments or any order over $75.
- We do not guarantee any packages that are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
International Orders
Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. Discount Cemetery has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States. Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
